Abstract: Transition metal-hydrogen complexes in the Mg2NiH4 and Mg2FeH6 crystals described by quantum chemical calculations Abstract. High-resolution Laplace DLTS technique has been used to examine fine structures in the carrier emission processes hidden in the broad conventional DLTS peaks recorded in germanium samples, doped by several transition metals -Ni, Cr and Fe.
