Laparoscopic Treatment of the Largest Mesothelial Adrenal Cyst in Literature

Abstract: Introduction: Adrenal cyst lesions are rare, with varying etiology, with unspecified symptomatic kit and instrumental diagnosis not simple if of large size. The directions for surgical treatment are well defined.
