Laparoscopic Right Adrenalectomy for a Large Adrenal Tumor Combined with in situ Ablation of a Hepatic Nodule in a Cirrhotic Patient

Abstract: Introduction: Cirrhotic patients are difficult patients to operate on and are generally considered unsuitable for laparoscopy (1,2).
