Abstract:The aim of the present study was to evaluate advantages of partial posterior fundoplication (PPF) compared with traditional total fundoplication (TF). The study included 90 patients with GERD at El-Minia University Hospital between January 2019 and January 2023, divided randomly into group A: PPF (no. 45 patients) and group B: TF (no. 45 patients).
