Laparoscopic Parenchymal-Sparing Liver Resections Using the Intrahepatic Glissonian Approach

Abstract: Laparoscopic liver-sparing resections are feasible and may be a good alternative to hemihepatectomies or extended liver resections. The use of the intrahepatic Glissonian approach can be useful.
