Laparoscopic Appendicectomy: Case Reports of Vascular Injury in 2 Children

Abstract: The authors report 2 similar cases of serious vascular injury occurring during laparoscopic appendicectomy. These cases stress the potential risk of major accidents with laparoscopic surgery. There should be great care in the choice of indications and during the procedures.
