Lanthanum-induced synergetic carrier doping of heterojunction to achieve high-efficiency kesterite solar cells

Abstract: We introduced La to realize a synergetic doping of the CdS/kesterite heterojunction to overcome the carrier concentration limit of kesterite solar cells and achieved a high efficiency of 13.9%.
