Lansoprazole versus ranitidine in the maintenance treatment of reflux oesophagitis

Abstract: Both lansoprazole 15 mg and lansoprazole 30 mg once daily are significantly more effective than high-dose ranitidine in maintaining reflux oesophagitis in remission.
