Langerhans-Zell-Histiozytose

Abstract: Histiocytosis X (Langerhans cells) is a rare disease with different forms of manifestation in the head and neck, which mostly occurs in children. We report the case of a 52-year-old male patient from Saudi Arabia who presented in the out-patient department of the University Hospital Charité Berlin with therapy-resistant otitis externa.
