Landscape of immune-related signatures induced by targeting of different epigenetic regulators in melanoma: implications for immunotherapy.

Abstract: Background. Improvement of efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) remains a major clinical goal. Association of ICB with immunomodulatory epigenetic drugs is an option.
