Land-based versus water-based walking programs in elderly women with knee osteoarthritis: preliminary results of a randomized clinical trial

Abstract: Introduction: Knee osteoarthritis (kOA) is a chronic degenerativedisorder. Aerobic exercise programs have been effectivetreatments to reduce symptoms in kOA.
