Grape pomace is a residue obtained from the grape pressing process, constituting on average 20% of the total used for the production of wine and juice (Teixeira et al, 2014;Flores et al, 2020). Inclusion of this residue in animal diets can reduce the environmental impact of this agricultural activity.…”
