Lambert-Eaton syndrome without an identified neoplasm

Abstract: Introduction: Lambert-Eaton syndrome occurs due to the attack of autoantibodies to voltage-gated calcium channels in the presynaptic terminal of the neuromuscular junction and is usually paraneoplastic.
