LAMASSU: Streaming Language-Agnostic Multilingual Speech Recognition and Translation Using Neural Transducers

Abstract: End-to-end formulation of automatic speech recognition (ASR) and speech translation (ST) makes it easy to use a single model for both multilingual ASR and many-to-many ST.
