Lag-Screw Osteosynthesis in Thoracolumbar Pincer Fractures

Abstract: Study Design: Biomechanical. Objective: This study evaluates the biomechanical properties of lag-screws used in vertebral pincer fractures at the thoracolumbar junction. Methods: Pincer fractures were created in 18 bisegmental human specimens.
