Lacrimal gland adenoid cystic carcinoma: report of an unusual case with literature review

Abstract: Lacrimal gland adenoid cystic carcinomas are rare, aggressive orbital tumors characterized by poor overall prognosis, tendency for local recurrence and metastasis despite aggressive treatment. Treatment continues to be controversial.
