Abstract:S Lacosamide Acute pancreatitis: case reportA 46-year-old man developed acute pancreatitis while receiving lacosamide [Vimpat].The man was receiving lacosamide 100mg daily for fibromyalgia [route not stated]. He was admitted with necrotising acute pancreatitis affecting 30% of the gland.The man made a full recovery, and he was discharged.
