Lac color inhibits development of rat thyroid carcinomas through targeting activation of plasma hyaluronan-binding protein

Abstract: Coccid-derived natural food colorants contain active ingredients that potentiate inhibition of tissue proteolysis mediated by activation of plasma hyaluronan-binding protein (PHBP).
