Laboratory Parameters of Dengue Infection in a Medical College Hospital

Abstract: Introduction & objective: Dengue is an acute illness caused by Aedes mosquito, commonly caused by Aedes aegypti. It is an endemic disease in South East Asian countries especially in Bangladesh. In 2019 a outbreak occurred in Bangladesh.
