Abstract: Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy for solid tumors remains challenging due to the complex manufacturing process and the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. The manufacturing condition directly impacts CAR T cell yield, phenotype, and metabolism, which correlate within vivopotency and persistence.
