LABEL-FREE DETECTION OF Pb2+ USING SPECIFIC DNAZYME AND UNMODIFIED Au NANOPARTICLE PROBE

Abstract: A simple and sensitive Pb[Formula: see text] sensor is developed based on label-free 17E DNAzyme and unmodified Au nanoparticles. On this basis, Pb[Formula: see text] concentration can be judged according to the color variation of Au nanoparticles.
