LaB6 as a Functional Separator Modifier for Improved Lithium Sulfur Batteries

Abstract: Metal borides have excellent chemical and electrochemical stability, high electrochemical sensitivity, and abundant active sites. According to experiments, metal borides can greatly reduce the shuttle effect in lithium-sulfur batteries and boost their electrochemical performance when used as sulfur host materials.
