La variable de género en la medida del estrés y el Burnout en los docentes de educación infantil y primaria

Abstract: RESUMENEl presente artículo evalúa el modelo de medida del síndrome de Burnout mediante el instrumento de medición "Maslach Burnout Inventory" (MBI) 2 . Es un cuestionario de reconocido prestigio y muy utilizado para "medir" el síndrome de Burnout en los docentes.
