“…Based on the results obtained, it is thus possible to affirm the tendency revealed in the study on counselling and career management about role salience with a sample of adult workers (Lima et al, 2014) in which individuals give increasingly more importance to the roles other than those in which they generally tend to spend more of their time and energy with: Worker and Family.
