Abstract: La educación en alimentación y nutrición es una herramienta fundamental para garantizar la salud. En 1961, se puso en marcha el Programa de Educación en Alimentación y Nutrición (EDALNU), que ayudó a la población española a completar su transición alimentaria y nutricional.
