La négation comme affirmation de soi chez un patient atteint d’une maladie d’Alzheimer au stade très sévère

Nombre de résidents souffrant de la maladie d’Alzheimer peuvent se trouver confrontés, en ehpad , à un sentiment de solitude de plus en plus important. En effet, au fur et à mesure de l’avancée de la maladie, il peut devenir de plus en plus difficile d’entrer en communication avec certains d’entre eux. La question de l’investissement par l’Autre peut alors se poser. C’est autour de quatre situations cliniques que nous proposons d’identifier les effets psychologiques probables du retrait de l’Autre mais aussi des possibilités thérapeutiques.
