La lutte contre le sida : le face à face des associations et de l’État

Abstract: L’usage courant de l’expression « face à face » laisse présager la confrontation ou l’affrontement. Mais ce serait alors réduire les relations entre les associations et l’État dans le domaine de la lutte contre le sida. Historiquement, c’est un jeu d’acteurs plus complexe qui s’est organisé, au sein duquel le « face à face », relayé par les médias, a plutôt servi de long point d’appui pour passer du « dos à dos » initial aux partenariats observés aujourd’hui.
