Abstract: La participation des salariés à la gouvernance de l'entreprise fait l'objet d'un débat récurrent.Pour ses détracteurs, elle affaiblit la fonction de contrôle du conseil d'administration alors qu'elle diminue le niveau global d'asymétrie informationnelle pour ses défenseurs.
