Abstract: La Bahía de Cádiz es un ámbito geográfico que alberga cinco sistemas socio-ecológicos bien diferenciados. La hipótesis de trabajo asume el importante papel que las políticas públicas han tenido en los cambios de los sistemas socio-ecológicos de la Bahía de Cádiz.
