Abstract: Les nouveaux modes de gestion mis en place depuis quelques années dans les institutions hospitalières ont modifié en profondeur l’organisation de ces dernières. Nombreux sont les écrits qui décrivent certaines conséquences sur le domaine de la communication plus spécifiquement.
