Abstract: L'emploi féminin à l'ombre du chômage. Vingt ans de chômage et de rationnement du travail n'ont pas entamé la poursuite du mouvement de féminisation du salariat. La continuité de la vie professionnelle des femmes semble désormais inscrite dans les comportements d'activité à la manière d'une norme sociale dominante.
