The aim of the research is to examine the work ethics perceptions of academics fromdifferent generations and the relationship between these perceptions and workplacedeviation behaviors. In line with the purpose, the questionnaire prepared by using 5questions with demographic variables, academic ethical values scale and workplacedeviation behavior scale were applied to 472 academicians working at state universitiesin Ankara and the nearby provinces. The results revealed moderately negativerelationship between academic ethical values and one of its sub-dimensions which isthe values for the institution and workplace deviation behaviors. Moreover, weak andstrong negative relationships were found between academic ethical values and othersub-factors of workplace deviation behaviors. Intergenerational differences were foundbetween academic ethical values and academic ethical values towards the teachingprocess and serious workplace deviation towards the organization, and betweenacademic ethical values towards colleagues and deviant behaviors towards theorganization.

Professional Commitment of Different Generations of Nurses

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the professional commitment of nurses belonging to different generations. Method: This study with a descriptive, comparative and cross-sectional design was conducted from May to June 2019 in a province in eastern Turkey. The research was carried out with 291 nurses working in a university hospital with usable data. “Personal Information Form and Nursing Professional Commitment Scale” were used. Results: The mean score of the Nursing Professional Commitment Scale was found to be 76.08 ± 12.94. The mean scores of the nurses in the X ( 78.65 ± 12.32), Y ( 75.35 ± 13.18) and Z ( 76.27 ± 12.92) generations were as indicated. The combination of gender and education variables had a 3% effect on the total score of the Nursing Professional Commitment Scale. Generation, gender and education variables in combination have been determined to have a significant effect of 2.2% on the total score of the Nursing Professional Commitment Scale. Conclusion: It was found that the nurses’ professional commitment was above the average level and the nurses group with the highest professional commitment belonged to the X generation. Generation, gender and education variables did not significantly affect professional commitment separately; but they were found to affect professional commitment when used in combination.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of corporate reputation of five-star hotels in Belek for foreign tourists who This study is aimed to determine the perceptions of the consumers of Y generation towards green star applications. At the same time, we will try to determine how the "Green Star" applications in hotels are evaluated by the Y Gen. Research method is a descriptive research type. Data collected by using a survey from visitors in a shopping center. 221 available questionnaires were analyzed with the relevant protocols. The fact that perceptions of consumers (in Mersin) about green star applications have not been investigated before, reflects the originality of the study. According to results the Y generation customers' travel plans hotels' green star standards have a limited presence. In addition, it has been found that consumers of the Y generation are more likely to benefit from the "internet" when planning their travels. Two factors were derived in the study and the factors were called "society and awareness" and "energy efficiency and water conservation".
