“…On the other hand, companies would like to have a CG rating note so that how they comply with the CG principles can be seen by stakeholders. In this context, the overall CG rating notes can be between 1 and 10, and sub-components have the weights as shareholders 25%; public disclosure and transparency 25%, stakeholders 15% and the BoD 35% share (CMB, 2007; Yılmaz and Bedir, 2021). Hence, we can state that the CG principle compliance reports provide comprehensive information concerning the sub-components of the CG principles.…”
