Kuluçkahanede yetiştirilen pisi balığı (Platichthys flesus luscus PALLAS, 1814)’nin spermatolojik özellikleri

Abstract

Özet:Bu çalışma, pisi balığı (Platichthys flesus luscus Pallas, 1814)'nın spermatolojik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Üreme sezonunda, 10 erkek pisi balığından sperma abdominal masaj yöntemi ile alındı. Alınan spermalarda, miktar, motilite, motilite süresi, spermatokrit oranı (%), yoğunluk ve pH belirlendi. Bunların dışında, canlı ağırlık ile total boy ölçüldü ve bu parametreler ile spermatolojik özellikler arasındaki korelasyonlar araştırıldı. Pisi balığı spermalarında; miktar (ml), motilite (%), motilite süresi (d), spermatokrit oranı (%), yoğunluk (x 10 9 /ml) ve pH değerleri sırasıyla ortalama 0.2 ± 0.04, 88.0 ± 13.80, 25.4 ± 4.20, 92.6 ± 4.3, 2.8 ± 0.72 ve 6.9 ± 0.10 bulundu. Pisi balığının total boyu ve ağırlığı ile sperma miktarı arasında önemli (P < 0.01) pozitif korelasyon, total boy ile motilite süresi (P < 0.05) ve yoğunluk ile spermatokrit oranı (P < 0.05) arasında ise negatif bir korelasyon saptandı. Abstract: A Study on the spermatological characteristics of hatchery-reared flounder (Platichthys flesus luscus Pallas, 1814)This study was carried out to determine the spermatological characteristics in flounder (Platichthys flesus luscus Pallas, 1814). In the spawning season, semen was collected by abdominal massage from 10 male. In collected milts; volume, motility, duration of motility, spermatocrit ratio, concentration and pH were determined. Furthermore, body weight and total length were measured and correlations between spermatological characteristics and these parameters were investigated. In the semen of flounder, milt volume (ml), motility (%), duration of motility (min), spermatocrit ratio, concentration (x 10 9 /ml), and pH values were found as mean 0.2 ± 0.04, 88.0 ± 13.80, 25.4 ± 4.20, 92.6 ± 4.3, 2.8 ± 0.72 ve 6.9 ± 0.10, respectively. It was found that there were positive correlations between body weigth and total length, and volum (P < 0.01), but negatif correlation between total length and duation of motility (P < 0.05), and betweem density and spermatocrit (P < 0.05).
