Kuluçkahanede yetiştirilen pisi balığı (Platichthys flesus luscus PALLAS, 1814)’nin spermatolojik özellikleri

Abstract: Özet:Bu çalışma, pisi balığı (Platichthys flesus luscus Pallas, 1814)'nın spermatolojik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Üreme sezonunda, 10 erkek pisi balığından sperma abdominal masaj yöntemi ile alındı. Alınan spermalarda, miktar, motilite, motilite süresi, spermatokrit oranı (%), yoğunluk ve pH belirlendi.
