The development of credit score system is a development that aims to streamline the time and performance of Widyaiswara at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. However, the previous system development did not have the Overload task verification and credit score features, so Widyaiswara needed manual input.The Abundant Task feature is a feature that allows Widyaiswara to input credit numbers above the position following the provisions for reducing credit scores following applicable regulations. Meanwhile, the credit score verification feature ensures that the credit score entered follows the specified conditions. This study aims to develop these two features for upgrading the system using the Waterfall model development.This model was chosen because it fits the systematic and sequential system development needs. The test results show that the system has met the ISO/IEC 25010 standard; the functional feasibility is worth 1 (one), which means the system is working well. While the results of the usability test of the system are 90.4%, the system is declared very feasible to input and calculate credit scores efficiently. The result shows that the upgrading of the web-based credit score calculation system has been effectively used for inputting overflow assignments and verifying credit scores.

Smart chair acupressure is a technology that has been built using the application of the internet of things concept. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality level of the Acupressure Smart Chair, so that there are no errors in some features and the occurrence of errors in its functionality, which must be in accordance with the specified usability, the researchers conducted a test by utilizing the characteristics of ISO 25010. Related to the researcher's reasons taking ISO 25010 as one of the tests on the acupressure smart chair is because the smart chair acupressure technology cannot be said to be feasible because there has been no testing carried out in the measurement, the researchers used ISO 25010 which utilizes several characteristics that can be used such as functional suitability, usability and performance efficiency which focuses on measuring the electronic equipment used. Basically the concept used in this research is the internet of things which is a system that functions to control and simplify the workings of acupressure massage techniques for users. Whereas other problems that occur and arise often depend on customer satisfaction related to the quality provided on software and devices. This study uses the ISO 25010 method as the standard for the feasibility test on the device, where ISO 25010 basically also has 8 characteristics. In this study, to test the smart acupressure hair, the researchers used 7 characteristics that exist in ISO 25010, namely functional suitability, compatibility, usability, performance efficiency, reliability, maintability and portability. The instrument used is looking for an approach using the formula for reliability testing and processing on SPSS software. The results obtained from this study are that the acupressure smart chair has not been able to meet the ISO 25010 standard because the results obtained are 34.9% with an alpha cronbch value of 0.46 (unacceptable)

Teknologi yang semakin berkembang saat ini tentu saja membuat pengguna internet terutama di Indonesia semakin banyak. Pengguna internet paling sering mengakses konten hiburan salah satunya pada aplikasi TikTok. Aplikasi TikTok menjadi aplikasi yang populer di kalangan para remaja terutama saat pandemi Covid 19 ini. Banyak sekali masyarakat terutama publik figur yang menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk bisnis atau hanya membuat konten yang kreatif dan bermanfaat bagi pengguna lain. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin melakukan analisis aplikasi TikTok yang semakin hari pengguna aplikasi tersebut semakin banyak berdasarkan model ISO IEC 25010 dengan kategori Quality In Use. Karakteristik dari Quality In Use yang akan dianalisis antara lain karakteristik Effectiveness, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Freedom from risk, dan Context coverage. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pada karakteristik Effectivenes dan karakteristik Satisfaction memiliki rata-rata yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan beberapa karakteristik lainnya yaitu sebesar 84%. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi TikTok ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna mulai dari mencari informasi sampai mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkan dan bernilai akurat.
