Abstract:Flow-activated transcription factor Krüppel-like factor 2 (KLF2) signaling is compromised in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). We aimed to identify KLF2-induced endotheliumprotective exosomal microRNAs of potential therapeutic significance.
