Kreuz‐Gegenstrom‐Verschaltung zum Numbering‐up der Pfropfenströmung zu Extraktionszwecken

Abstract: In der Mikroverfahrenstechnik limitiert die Miniaturisierung den maximalen Durchsatz einer m-Mixer-Settler-Einheit. Eine Steigerung der Produktion kann daher nur durch die Parallelisierung mehrerer Extraktionseinheiten erfolgen. Ein Strang aus n im Gegenstrom verschalteten Stufen beno ¨tigt dabei n + 1 Pumpen, der parallele Betrieb von m Stra ¨ngen bereits m (n + 1) Pumpen.
