Korelasi Penerimaan Diri Dengan Kepercayaan Diri Pada Siswa Kristen Di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Saraswati Sukoharjo

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis which says that there is a significant correlation between self-acceptance and self-confidence in Christian students at Saraswati Vocational School, Sukoharjo. In this case, the focus of the research study subject is the level of self-acceptance of Christian students at Saraswati Sukoharjo Vocational School, while the object of study is the self-confidence of Christian Saraswati Sukoharjo Vocational students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. Respondents studied were thirty students who were Christians at Saraswati Sukoharjo Vocational School. The results of this research analysis show that self-acceptance has a high correlation with self-confidence in Christian students at Saraswati Sukoharjo Vocational School. This can be seen from the correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variable which is 0.671, said to be at a high level because it is at a value of 0.600 – 0.800. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang berbunyi bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara penerimaan diri dan kepercayaan diri pada siswa Kristen di SMK Saraswati Sukoharjo. Dalam hal ini, yang menjadi fokus subjek kajian penelitian adalah bagaimana tingkat penerimaan diri pada siswa Kristen di SMK Saraswati Sukoharjo, sedangkan objek kajiannya adalah kepercayaan diri siswa Kristen SMK Saraswati Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden yang diteliti sebanyak tiga puluh siswa yang beragama Kristen di SMK Saraswati Sukoharjo. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan diri memiliki korelasi yang tinggi terhadap kepercayaan diri pada siswa Kristen di SMK Saraswati Sukoharjo. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari korelasi antar variabel bebas dan variabel terikat yang besarnya adalah 0,671, dikatakan dalam tingkat tinggi karena berada pada nilai 0,600 – 0,800.
