The K-ELUVIA study assessed Eluvia™, a paclitaxel-eluting stent, in treating femoropopliteal artery disease across 7 Korean centers. Enrolling 105 patients undergoing endovascular treatment, our prospective 2-year study revealed promising outcomes. Clinical patency at 2 years stood at 76.3%, with freedom from target lesion revascularization at 79.1%.
