This study aims to analyse the factors that influence Islamic commercial bank financing for the agricultural sector in Indonesia from January 2015 to April 2019. Methodology:Variables used in this study are Agricultural Financing, DPK, NPF, Inflation, Exchange Rates, SBIS, and IPI. The method used in this research is the VAR/VECM method with Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD). Findings:The results show that the variables that significantly influence agricultural financing in the long-term are DPK, Exchange Rate, and IPI. Taking a closer detail, IPI variable has a positive effect, while the DPK and Exchange Rate have a negative effect on agricultural financing. Then NPF, inflation, and SBIS have no effect on agricultural financing in the short and long-term. Based on the results of FEVD, the variable that has the greatest contribution to agricultural financing is DPK compared to Exchange Rate and IPI.Practical applications: Islamic bank directors prioritize efforts to increase funding in order to encourage an increase in the portion of financing in the agricultural sector.Originality: This study examines the effect of financial and macroeconomic performance on mudharabah financing in the short and long term in Indonesia.

This paper seeks to examine the value of the government's role in enhancing investment from Islamic funding in the agricultural sector. This sector needs to be reinforced to serve as the basis for national food security. Agricultural landscape 's abundant potential will hopefully fulfill national needs and become a pillar of exports. This effort was hampered by the high risk that the capital aspects of the agricultural sector were faltering without certainty of profit making. With descriptive analysis the methodology used is qualitative. The result showed The economic prospects of Islamic agricultural policy were strong, but the lack of effective support for infrastructure gave rise to many weaknesses in socio-economic growth, socio-economic development, despite efforts to establish a sustainable society, public interests and reliable agricultural resources. It is worth considering the possible financing of the Hajj Financial Management Agency (HFMA) for the agricultural sector. The government must tighten regulations to foster a healthy partnership ecosystem between the Ministry of Agriculture, Islamic Financial Institutions, and high-quality agricultural resources.

This study examines the determinant contribution of conventional bank lending for the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The analysis method used in this research is the Vector Correction Model (VECM). The results showed that in the short term, there was no significant effect of the Non-Performing Loan (LogNPL), GDP of Agricultural Sector (LogPDB), and Agricultural Sector Credit Interest Rates (SBK). However, there is an effect of the LogNPL and LogPDB on the conventional bank lending for the agricultural sector in the long term. The LogNPL has a significant positive effect on the contribution of conventional bank lending to the agricultural sector. While the LogPDB has a significant negative effect on the contribution of conventional bank lending for the agricultural sector. The Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis results show that shocks to the LogNPL respond negatively in the long run, shocks to the LogPDB respond positively in the long run, and shocks to the SBK respond negatively in the long run by conventional bank lending for the agricultural sector. Through the analysis of FEVD (Forecast Error Variance Decomposition), it is known that the biggest contribution to conventional bank lending for the agricultural sector is agricultural credit and GDP.
