Tighter market competition and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic requires small and medium industries to be able to win the market and survive in the competition. Small and medium industries are required to have advantages that can make them able to compete in the market. So it can be said that the success of a company in achieving its goals can be influenced by several aspects, one of which is industrial performance. The inconsistency of research results is still common today, related to the variables that affect the performance of the industry. This makes company management and researchers who want to conduct research related to industrial performance have to be selective in choosing the dominant variables on industrial performance. This study uses a systematic literature review method, this study was made to convey the results of synthesizing various inconsistencies in the influence of digital skills, technological innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation variables on industrial performance. This study was conducted to answer the following questions: RQ1: How does the digital skill variable influence the company's performance; RQ2: How is the influence of technological innovation variable on company performance; RQ3: How is the influence of the entrepreneurial orientation variable on the company's performance? The search results in the online library were taken from as many as 10 journals (national journals and international journals) related to the influence of digital skills on industrial performance, as many as 10 journals (national journals and international journals) related to the effect of technological innovation on industrial performance, and as many as 10 journals (national journals and international journals) related to the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on industrial performance. The benefits of this study are to provide reference material and company considerations in making policies to improve company performance and consider digital skills, technological innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation as aspects related to performance in small and medium industries.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to provide a clear description of the issue of family stability during the pandemic and family counseling guidance as to the solution in improving family stability.Method – This study applied a descriptive qualitative approach with an interview as the technique to collect the data. The informants in this study were 5 people consisting of the executive board and the members of Al-Usroh family community in Balikpapan.Result - The result of the study shows that during the pandemic the issues influencing family stability are family financial crisis, boredom, and over anxiety. To improve family stability during the pandemic, family counseling guidance with a conjoint approach was carried out.Implication – This research might become a study on the application of family counseling guidance services to improve family stability.Originality – This study was about the effect of the covid-19 pandemic towards family stability and the role of family counseling guidance to improve family stability.***Purpose – Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang masalah ketahanan keluarga di masa pandemi dan layanan bimbingan konseling keluarga sebagai solusi dalam meningkatkan ketahanan keluargaMethod – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang yakni dari pengurus dan anggota komunitas keluarga Al-Usroh BalikpapanResult - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan di masa pandemi yang berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan keluarga seperti krisis finansial pada keluarga, kejenuhan dan kecemasan yang berlebihan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga di masa pandemi ini, upaya yang dilakukan yakni melalui layanan bimbingan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan conjoint.Implication – Penelitian ini dapat menjadi kajian tentang pemanfaatan layanan bimbingan konseling keluarga untuk meningkatkan ketahanan keluargaOriginality – Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tentang dampak pandemi covid-19 terhadap ketahanan keluarga dan peran bimbingan konseling keluarga untuk meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga

Family is the various units in society, where several people have roles and functions in the family system. Each family member is responsible for obeying and implementing each member and getting involved in problems so that an effective family is created. If there are family members who do not comply with these rules, the family structure will change both in terms of roles, experiences, and identities so that it will cause problems in the family. Problems that arise both from outside and from within the family itself can damage the family system. One effort that can be made to restore roles and functions in the family is through family guidance and counseling with a structural approach. The structural family counseling approach developed by Salvador Minuchin is an approach that can assist counselees in returning the functions and roles of family members to their original state by reorganizing family cohesion and improving relationships that occur within the family. The purpose of writing this article is to find out and obtain an overview of family counseling as a counseling approach in restoring the roles and functions of family members.
