Abstract:ZusammenfassungWir berichten über einen immunsupprimierten Patienten mit einer komplexen kutanen Leishmaniose (Erreger: Leishmania [L.] infantum), der eine ossäre Beteiligung des Digitus V des linken Fußes aufwies und erfolgreich mit Miltefosin behandelt wurde. Die Erregerdiagnostik erfolgte mittels positiver Polymerasekettenreaktion (PCR) in Haut- und Knochengewebe.
