The growth mindset is essential for learning because students encounter numerous obstacles during the pandemic. However, only a few studies have examined research trends in growth mindset pedagogy. In filling this gap, this study aims to conduct a bibliometric study using the growth mindset pedagogy during the pandemic. Data from 81 Scopus-sourced scholarly articles on growth mindset in education from 2020–2022 was used. VOSviewer qualitatively analyzed the data. Results showed that the research cluster’s growth mindset is diverse and adaptive to learning dynamics, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several research clusters examined instructors, students, and parents’ roles in learning. Another cluster focuses on academic achievement and teacher efforts to improve student performance. The research addresses student issues like depression, academic fatigue, and suicide ideation. Research on a growth mindset in education has grown quantitatively since 2021. Clusters 1, 2, and 4, 5 have the most research on active learning design to improve student academic performance and accomplishment through teachers and other supporting elements. Even though academic fatigue can lead to depression and suicidal ideation, research on academic achievement-related student issues is scarce. In conclusion, a growth mindset can significantly enhance academic performance and solve learning problems.

This research aims to determine the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in implementing multiliteracy learning in the Merdeka Curriculum, especially the practical part in the classroom, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by teachers in implementing multiliteracy learning in the Merdeka Curriculum in teaching and learning practices in the school. The research was carried out. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation with analysis techniques with validity tests according to Miles Huberman and NVivo 12 Plus software. The results of this research show that teachers at SD Negeri 2 Pejawaran have implemented pedagogical competence well, characterized by a safe and comfortable learning environment for students in multiliteracy learning, student-centered learning in multiliteracy learning, Assessment, feedback and reporting that is centered on multiliteracy learning students, Using diverse sources of learning information, Critical evaluation of sources of information, Production, presentation, and variety of information through various texts, Supporting the use of multiliteracy to promote goodness. The supporting factors are fellow teachers, reading corner, students, library, Merdeka Mengajar application, and Mading. Apart from that, the inhibiting factor is the availability of books in the school library.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in elementary schools and its impact on the quality of learning. The case study was conducted in two elementary schools in the area that implemented the Merdeka Belajar curriculum for one school year. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in both elementary schools has improved the quality of learning through increased student involvement in the learning process and the development of 21st century skills competencies. The positive impact is also seen in increasing teacher creativity and innovation in presenting learning materials. However, challenges in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum can be seen in the lack of support and training for teachers and the lack of supporting resources. Thus, it is recommended that the government provide greater support in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in elementary schools and increase training and supporting resources for teachers to maximize the positive impact of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in improving the quality of learning.
