Kommunikationskompetenz – Eine Bedingung für erfolgreichen Wissensaustausch

Abstract: Um Umweltprobleme zu lösen, müssen meist voneinander abgegrenzte Wissens systeme verbunden werden. Unterstützend wirkt ein funktionierender Wissensaustausch zwischen Forschung, öffent licher Verwaltung und Praxis. Spezifische Kompetenzen helfen, Wissensaus tauschprozesse erfolgreich zu gestalten; Kommunikationskompetenz ist eine davon.
