Knowledge Sharing and Power in the Event Workforce

Abstract: The aim is twofold: First, we draw on organizational behavior, strategic management, and events literature, to conceptualize the event workforce as highly functional and contract-based heterogeneous, the event organization as temporary and project-based structure with high fluctuation of paid employees and volunteers.
