Knowledge of the Law: The Disadvantaged Delinquent?

Abstract: There is evidence to suggest that labelled delinquents are disadvantaged because they lack social survival skills. The present study examines the proposition that labelled delinquents are disadvantaged because they have a poorer knowledge of the law.
