RETRACTED: Knowledge map visualization of technology hotspots and development trends in China’s textile manufacturing industry

The fluorescent glass of white LEDs has high physical and chemical stabilities, good heat dissipation performance, and can maintain an excellent performance of fluorescent powder itself. In order to realize luminescent materials such as white LED lighting, laser lighting, and long-term lighting, this study proposes the preparation of a compound nanopowder art ceramic and its optical properties. In order to play the role of nanoparticles in optoelectronic or photonic devices, it is necessary to explore the preparation process and performance research of dielectric ceramics. This study uses high-purity aluminate (MgAl2O4) powder for transparent ceramics, doped with yellow nanophosphor as raw materials, through a sintering process in oxygen atmosphere, sintering combined with heat treatment, and isostatic pressing to prepare transparent ceramics. The ceramic sample is placed in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment for heat and other static pressure, and fluorescent samples are obtained. The results show that under 350 mA driving current, high-power white LEDs in the fluorescent ceramic package have almost no attenuation after 700 h, and the average attenuation of the LED package of the phosphor package is about 10%. The use of fluorescent ceramics can be packaged not only to improve the LED device’s light efficiency but also to increase the life of the white LED device.

Broadband Design of Midinfrared Chiral Metamaterials Based on the Indium Tin Oxide Conical Helix

This paper proposed a periodic midinfrared broadband chiral structure composed of indium tin oxide (ITO) conical helix. The simulation results show that the structure achieves a good broadband CD in the midinfrared. At the wavelength of 9.2 μm, the maximum value of CD is 0.55, the FWHM (full width half maximum) of CD is 7.2 μm, and the wavelength range is from 5.7 μm to 12.9 μm. The simulation results also show that compared with the traditional uniform spiral structure with the same radius, the conical spiral structure can achieve better broadband circular dichroism in the midinfrared band. This provides a new idea for the design of broadband polarization state control devices in the midinfrared band.

Prediction of Dissolved Oxygen Concentration in Sewage Treatment Process Based on Data Recognition Algorithm

In order to realize the real-time and accurate prediction of dissolved oxygen concentration in the sewage treatment process, a prediction model of dissolved oxygen concentration in the sewage treatment process based on a data identification algorithm was proposed. Combined with the data characteristics of the sewage treatment process, a new sample similarity measure is defined to extract more representative modeling data. In the improved algorithm, in order to improve the quality of the initial members of the basic fireworks algorithm, the chaos algorithm is integrated. The search mechanism of the basic fireworks algorithm is improved, and the optimization process is divided into two stages based on the set criteria, and two groups are used simultaneously. The results show that compared with the basic FWA algorithm, the CFWA algorithm makes better use of the chaotic search mechanism. On the one hand, it avoids the excessive random or blind selection of the initial weight threshold of the neural network in the initial stage; on the other hand, in the optimization process of the weight threshold, two types of search mechanisms, FWA and COA, are used to give full play to their respective strengths and to continuously conduct information exchange and mutual cooperation between groups and individuals. The number of times is better than the basic FWA algorithm, and the training error and generalization error of the CFWA model in the simulation results of the soft sensor model are also better than those of the FWA model, which fully verifies the effectiveness of the CFWA algorithm. It is proved that the data recognition algorithm can effectively predict sewage treatment. It is proved that the data recognition algorithm can effectively predict the dissolved oxygen concentration in wastewater treatment process. It provides a new measurement method for some key process variables that cannot be measured or are difficult to measure in complex chemical processes.
