Knowledge management system readiness analysis (Case study at human resource consulting company)

Abstract: Knowledge is one key to achieve competitive advantage to an organization. As a company with high employee turnover rate, a human resource consulting company in Jakarta suffers loss of knowledge possessed by resigned employee. Various efforts have been made to equip new employees to have knowledge as employees being replaced.
