Knowledge management system design method with joint application design (JAD) adoption

Abstract: Purpose This study proposes to adopt joint application design (JAD) in the requirement gathering process on developing a knowledge management system (KMS) using Fernandez methodology. It is proposed that Fernandez methodology produces only a list of KMS features and the requirement of the feature is still unclear.
