Abstract: Risk assessors could adopt qualitative, semi-quantitative, or quantitative approaches to analyze various risks; the combination of these approaches alleviates the shortcomings of risk assessment techniques, namely uncertainty, knowledge dimension, and time dynamics when techniques are used alone.
